Multiple threads related to OTA channels/guide data

How about a sticky or at least single thread for issues related to wrong or broken guide data, specifically since the analog shut-off ? Here are three different threads and they aren't really channel or location specific. In fact, they're all most likely issues at Dish's end.

In most, if not all, cases, the local stations made changes on their end that Dish hasn't updated their end to look for.
