I just wanted to pass along some information I found out. I have been having to live without programming guide data on my local digital Fox 43 channel ever since I got my 622. I have called Dish Network many times, but they were never able to tell me anything that fixed it until today. Today, the CSR recommended that I go to the "Local Channels" screen and manually add the Frequency Assignment (Which is 34 in the case of Fox 43). I did, and lo and behold, I started getting my programming guide data on the channel finally. I think that there was a problem in previous versions of the software which were fixed, but for the fix to work I had to re-enter the channel. Anyway, just wanted to pass along what I had found in the event that anyone else has been having this problem.
