Has anyone else had the function of changing you programming on the my account page on dishnetwork.com taken away? i am unable to do this anymore, all it says under the programming tab is "To change your programming selections please call 1-888-884-2741".

If you are trying to drop programming , it will always say that. If you are upgrading , no problems.
it wont let me select anything, there is no view programming button to click it just displays that message. Spoke to 3 CSR's and they all gave me the same answer "oh you should be able to, but we dont know why" lots of help.
tried that, doesnt work, thanks though, might just have to send an email out to ceo to ask why this has been taken away.

It works just fine for me. I can get to Programming in the usual manner. There has to be something about what you are doing or the browser that you are using that is stopping you. CEO is not going to be able to help you there....
Do you have any programming on an annual subscription?
