My every so often dumb computer question

Probably a silly question but I try to subject myself to a dose of humiliation every so often.

In other words, in that person's copy of my e-mail under the "To:" heading it shows "Undisclosed-Recipient:;"@mx8.mx.teklinks.com. He says that always shows up when I (and some others) include his address in a BBC list of recipients.

I haven't checked with everyone but at least some of the others in that same e-mail do not see that address but only see "none" or the usual "Undisclosed Recipient".

are you using a personal e-mail account or a work e-mail? if it's a work e-mail, it's possible that the address in question makes backup copies of every e-mail to store off site (in case records of e-mails are needed)? If it's personal, maybe someone is copying your mail?

My e-mail is a personal account but the one I sent to is a friend's e-mail at work. He said anything I send him BCC has it and mine isn't the only one so maybe where he works is saving copies to that address.
