My HR23-700

I've already had DirecTV come out due to low signal numbers on my locals and they said that if it continues happening that they would have to replace my DVR. Now if they did, is there anyway to get the same one that I have now, the HR23-700? Mainly because of the hard drive and how much HD it can hold. I am still having the problem and I want to get the same model.

Just demand that they replace the HR23 with either another HR23 or possibly the HR22 (it has the same size hard drive).

Normally, they give you the same model you currently have, unless it's not available anymore.
