I am getting word that Mythbusters has been canceled and next year will be the final season of the show.

Getting rid of the B team was the worst thing they ever did on that show.

Looking at Kari Byron was so much better then watching Adam doing bad pirate voices and trying to solve impossible myths (such as how to survive a zombie apocalypse)

It was a cool idea for a show but I think they were out of material a long time ago. I quit watching regularly about 10 years ago. I would watch random reruns after that point if I saw that they were on but most of the stuff they were trying to test, or the way they tried to test it, seemed so unrealistic that I lost interest.

I thought they were dangerous. After their stupid show sinking a small boat and telling people a sinking ship dragging you under was a myth, I really lost interest. In fact, I couldn't stomach them anymore.

A large vessel going down WILL drag down floating items, including people. The Navy teaches you to get as far away from a sinking ship as fast as you can.
