TiVo is still around (for now). They've just stopped selling DVRs in favor of streaming devices.

I suppose it comes down to how you like your pron, but AFAIK, you can only communicate with bots now.

once you say cancel to the sxm reps. they have gotten agressive with tryig to keep subs. I have delt with AI help desks several times over the past couple of years and all i can say is that nothing in my life's experience has made me want to changhe accounts more than AI help desks. They are definitely NOT helpful, If anything they appear to be designed to annoy you until you just leave.

The ticket to that is, when you use the Chat (AI) you need to ask for a HUMAN Being, answer the next question and they WILL connect you to a Human ... then make whatever deal you can work out.
I've done that for quite awhile now ... It beats trying to understand thier broken English.

I can't say that I've ever experienced a bot using broken English.

I can't say that for my last human contact with SiriusXM.

In both cases, the deal was the same. It just took longer to get there with a human.
