NBA and MLB network are un-watchable

This has been going on since yesterday that I got back from work where there is such a mess of macroblocking the two channels are unwatchable. I expected the problem to be fixed by now but apparently not

It seems to be more severe with NBA and includes audio dropouts and less severe with MLB but overall both are quite bad.

Consider yourself lucky that it is only 2. We seem to have rolling "brownouts" up here in Milwaukee from about 4:30 PM until 11 PM where different blocks of about a dozen channels become unwatchable. They fix one, only to have another set go out.

The channels have been fixed for now and I haven't noticed any others with problems yet.
