Lyngsat lists it, and so does Mike Kohl, I can't seem to get it... is it still on or do the only broadcast occasionally?

It might be an occasional broadcaster. I'm not near my dish, but it may also be one of the channels that shows a card most of the time. I'm pretty sure it's mostly erratic feeds.
Also, remember that AMC1 is a screwy bird, and the skew if off about 20 degrees to the right. If you don't skew the LNB right, you'll likely just get a few feeds and Pentegon at a rather low level.
