Petticoat & Acres were both in Hooterville. Sam Drucker's store was a fixture in both shows. Him & Uncle Joe were always playing checkers at the store.

NBC already tried a reboot of Sanford,they left Lemont out and had some big guy playing the sidekick.Then ABC had the Sanford show,it didn't last long.

What I'd like to see is a serious attempt at NBC's Sunday Night Mystery Movie! Hahaha! Yes, I'm serious. I used to really like these.
Columbo, McMillan and Wife, McCloud, Banacek, Snoop Sisters. I think Quincy M.E. also got its start as part of this series.
