need advice and help

I live in canada and have dishnet. I used a broker who got me a legit sub, with locals in newyork city. He used my credit card to sign me up and comes off every month. MY card is expiring at the end of the month and the broker is moved, died etc but the emails bounces back and phone number is gone. How do I change my credit card info when I don't know who he used etc . Or are there any other brokers who can add my ird and card. even though its still registered with another name
