Need advice: How to upgrade to 722k instead of 722? Thanks

Because of new HD channels I need to upgrade my 510 to HD one. I am looking to get ViP722K not ViP722, is there anyway to get it? CSR and retention could not tell for sure which one I get. Any other way to get 722K?

Yes ,ask for one or tell them that you will cancel. Once you get to cancellation department, they should give you a 722k. Most all new dvrs installed are 722ks now on new subs, so it reasons they will have those to install. IF not , then try the following email address:

Order the OTA tuner module with it. You would think that would ensure some success... but maybe not.
