I'm having my roof done and, since I'll need to call E* to repoint the dishes, I figured this would be a good time to get a new dish configuration.
My current setup is: DPP44, one dish for 61.5 and a Superdish for 110/119/121. I subscribe to HD Platinum, Antenna plus 2 (Greek) and TV5 (French) and have no need for locals, HD or not (except possibly for OTA guide purposes).
Is this a good time to replace the superdish? What is the outlook on 121? Will anything potentially interesting move to it? Are the Chicago HD locals on 129 there to stay? Should I have the superdish replaced by one of the 1000 flavors?
I would appreciate any help with this; I'd like to call Dish today and want to have a firm idea of what I need to do, so that I don't get sidetracked/confused by a not-so-competent CSR.
