Might be better to see if one of the Dirt team is online (will be listed in red) and send them a PM.

You could also Get a much faster response and result using Dish networks online chat, or even a phone call.
At least then you don't have to wait for a response, then give them account info in a PM, and wait for another PM stating the results.

Dirt is fine, if you need support if your enjoying the Satellite guys threads, But no offense DIRT, But I've had much better results with the Online Chat and a Hands on phone call.
Especially when Dirt doesn't get back to you at all.
