Need help w/equipment accessory ID:

Doing some cabin fever/early spring cleaning and I found a gadget (I think an IR extender / blaster / repeater / receiver) I believe it may have been from an old dish setup. Hoping someone can confirm!

3.5 mm jack on one end of a 10 ft cable. Other end is a flat plastic piece that comes to an L shape at end with a bulb.

Don't believe that I used this with a previous set-up but it has been years since the downstairs TV was connected to dish. Is there any use for this (for myself or resale) or should I recycle/trash it.

Looks just like the IR blaster (one of two) on my Hava Platinum.

I had something similar years ago. Forgot what it hooked up to.

Looks like a Tivo IR sender, I've used it to control a DISH IR receiver so Tivo could change channels. $10 or less to buy new so not worth reselling.
