Need Installer/Retailer Opinions

We are hosting the Satellite Expo '05 in Memphis, TN. We were all ready to sign the contracts on the venue we are using for this convention when a couple people expressed concern at the dates we had chosen. We had planned to have the show June 23, 24, 25 2005. Some have made their thoughts known that Memphis that late in June is hot, muggy and just overall miserable to be in (the do have a point, been there done that). Our reasoning for the June show was thinking that some dealers/installers would like to bring their family with them to Memphis and make a "mini vacation" out of the trip. We have an open weekend in April that we could use, but we would like the opinion of dealers/installers since after all it is YOUR show. April or June...which to you prefer.
