need keys to unlink 40.0 remote

I need the key sequence on the 40.0 remote to unlink from a H3 that is stuck in a reboot so I can transfer my timers to my other H3 and a search didn't find the old post that I know exists.

To manually unpair 40.0 remote:
Hold sat till all light up
Hold Recall and 0 for 3 secs
Press search
Press vol +
Press stop
Wait 5 secs for tone

Thanks it worked but the restore isn't.
