Need some DIRT assistance on HW upgrades

About that customer retention number...it has been disconnected. Regular CSR on chat was trying but unempowered to get me anything without an 3rd party installation and significant charges.

Is there a new name/number for Retention? My chat CSR didn't offer it up when I politely asked.
That's what happens when these numbers get overused. They get new numbers.

Still stymied by the self-install requirement. I've connected with CSRs on Facebook as well as over chat. Same story: there is NO escalation to take my issues to. I'm pretty sure that I'm not being "that guy" and getting blown off. I politely point out that while my request is a bit unusual, I've historically gotten in touch with someone in Dish who had the authority to issue a waiver for my circumstances. The answer is always "there isn't anyone."

Anybody here know better and how I might reach them? Thanks to all for reading/replies.
 
You could always buy your own H3 for a self-install if Dish won't work with you. A forum member has a couple for sale in the classifieds forum.
