I have a Dish pro 1000. I plan on replacing it, too much rain fade with moderate rain and pixilatting on heavy cloudy conditions. I have coming a Dish 500 with twin legacy lnb's. I am using the old Voom dish right now for 129. When I want to put up the 500 for 110 and 119, do I use the Dish pro lnb's with it or the twin legacy lnb"s.

Will they be able to sit in the exact focus point?

Singles and Duals whether it be Legacy or Dish Pro is all the same size, so yes, sir!

Though I noticed on some old school 300's the single/dual seems a bit different.

There's one problem here:

You need the 110, 119, & 129 sats.

Thus, since you only have a single-tuner 211 HD receiver, you either need a DP Plus Twin LNB on the Dish 500 aimed at the 119 & 110 sats, or you need a DP Plus 44 switch or DP 34 switch.

And Legacy LNBs are not compatible with the DP Plus Twin LNB, the DP Plus 44 switch, and the DP 34 switch. Only DP LNBs can be use in conjunction.

Thus you need to leave the Legacy LNBs out.
