Need splitter for multiple tvs.

I have a Dish vip 622 dvr and want to send the receiver signal to 6 other tvs. I am currently doing this with 2 generic splitters running the other tvs on tv2. I am building a new entertainment system and want to clean up the cable mess. Could someone recommend a splitter to install that will work with the 622. Also do I need an amplified spiltter. Thanks for the input.

Pretty much any decent quality splitter will work. Tv2 is about 900 mhz if I remember right. With that many tvs hooked up I think I would go with a amplified splitter.

if you are doing it now with a combination of a few splitters, and everything is working... if you buy any good quality 6-way splitter you should be fine. You should have less loss in one high quality splitter than you will over multiple regular splitters
