Hi -
to keep from having to pay DISHNETWORK $5/receiver per month they are telling us that we need to hook up a phone line to our receivers. Ok, problem is we don't have a phone jack nearby. So I thought I could move the receiver to the location of the 2nd TV (Mstr Bdrm) and hook it up there. But when I did, there was no signal.
We have 2 receivers and 4 tv's hooked up (2 tv's on 1 receiver each). The one I want to move is #1 Receiver and works #1 & #2 TV. DISHNETWORK told us last night that we either had to add a phone jack or have someone come out and do a 'setup' on the #2 TV location.

Wouldn't it just be a matter of 'swapping' locations and maybe the lines outside?

HELP!!! (PLease)

You don't know enough about connecting satellite TV systems I would recommend that you have DISH or other professional installer come out and connect your receivers. The other alternative is to get a wireless phone jack available from $30 -100 under several brands. I think DISH will sell you one for around $40.
