New 30" antenna in PR

This new 30" antenna that Dish is installing in Puerto Rico are really crap. With just a little bit of rain you lose the signal. I guess is time to go back to the old antennas.

So what's wrong w/ that? Those are some pretty strong signals.

i have it and its not so bad I have compared it with my four footer.
But still left my 4.5 footers!

It might be a bad installation, but as Nel stated, the bigger the better. Robgar I can't really recall, but tare those readings from spotbeams? We could help you better if you post your readings using the higher and lower signal strengths numbers.. The signal strenght screen will tell you if it is a spotbeam..
