Disable bridging on one of them and see if that makes a difference.

Bridging should only be enabled on one.

To add to, bridging should only be enabled on the ONE that is bb connected.

Huh? They're both bb connected via the HIC. Or am I mistaken?

If connected to a HIC, turn bridging off all together.

That they are. Will turn both back off now.
