New Car with SiriusXM

I'm currently driving a car with Sirius on an aftermarket (Kenwood) receiver, but am looking into purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, which has "SiriusXM Radio" built in. So, does this mean that once the free trial is up, I can subscribe to either service?

My Grandaughter bought a new vehicle recently and received XM free for a year.

if it is TRULY a SIRIUSXM radio, it receives both services. Check out the website for sure.

HOWEVER, checking I find:

I know my wife's Kia has only Sirius. I will bet it's Sirius only,

Since Hyundai hasa huge stake in Kia I would have thought the same thing.
