New computer will I need any special codecs?

I have parts coming for a new computer to make a HTPC. It consists of a gigabyte p35 chipset board, Dual Core 6750,2 gigs of ddr2 1066 and a ATI 2900HD. I am using my old 102g twinhan for FTA and want to get some of the 4.2.2 feeds. Since the video card does the decoding will I need any codecs for DVBDream to work?

You will need codecs for 4:2:2, the Elecard codec decodes 4:2:2.
