There is NO price lock. There is only a "savings lock". The sooner you accept this, the happier we'll all be.
There may have been price locks in the past, but the current promotion isn't one of them.

Not rebates Totally Different.

If your credit expires next month, you surely didn't get it as part of the current new customer promotion.
I'm waiting to see which credits expire as I hit 1 year... and if DTV is getting something for it (ie. me agreeing to receive their spam was required for 1 of the discounts).. then I'll be ending my side as well. (auto-pay was another, I think)
If the offer expires next month, one must assume that they joined the ranks almost a year ago and certainly not under the current promotion.
Troll and try to spin it all you want but the fact is he is in a price lock until May...so he got 12 months at a guaranteed price

When I signed up it was Lock in your price untill 2013.
Clearly this shows that. Directv has alwasys done the lock in your price, up untill recently they changed it to lock in your savings and obviously they started the "LOCK IN YOU SAVINGS" After May 2012.
My order form even says" Price Lock Garentee 12 months"
I also Have 2 rebates one for $5 and one for $25
This was also on my statement.

its always funny how someone who doesnt have Directv wants to argue with someone who has their bill in their hand which says such.

Yes, one of the credits required that you allow them to send you email advertising (that you otherwise would not have signed up for). Most people call that spam.
Never had a Credit for allowing them to send me email.
I would love a $120 credit each year for allowing them to send an email, that would be great, for $120 I can hit alot of Delete buttons, no problem .
Some of those are from switching packages Its just the way Directvs system works.
Most of them are not really credits.
