My local retailer said also Greenville, NC would be launched too. I know Scott said he heard the same. Are we still on the books to get lit up too?

mobile / pensacola which sat?
mobile /pensacola are on the list for june . does anybody know which sat they will be on? If they will be on 61.5 can I see it from NW fl. right now I have a dish 500 just for my 129 and I was thinking I could just turn to 61.5, is this possible for my location and if so what direction, I have another service call on thursday for my lnb drift which is up to -7 now, and I was going to ask the tech to change it to 61.5 and I wanted to know for sure my options. thanks for any info

I believe Scott said in about a week or 2. Not in June according to E* site. If this holds true a great time to be an E* sub here in CT.
They have time tables listed on their site? I looked for Tulsa and it doesnt mention when the HD's might come around.
greensboro nc locals
I was told Greensboro HD locals were going to launch at 61.5 location i was trying to set a dish up for 61.5 last night and signal kept dropping out. Transponder 29 was the only transponder i could get a signal on. I called tech support at dishnetwork and they told me the HD locals would be at 129 or 118.7 satellite but read on here they were going to be on 61.5 so are they going to be on both 118.7 and 61.5 or just 61.5. I also need to no all if anymore transponders what they are for 61.5. I live in North Carolina if anybody knows the answers i would be very thankfull. Using a vip 722 dvr with a dish 1000 plus dish and was dissconnecting the 129 feed and trying to put a wing dish at 61.5 since i think all hd is on 129 and 61.5. Also using a dish dp44 switch.

I emailed one of the local stations in my area asking when we can expect their HD station to be carried on Dish and received the following:
Hi.
We do not have a firm date for Dish Network’s HD market coverage but it should be soon. We host the receive facility in our building and all equipment has been installed.

Were you by any chance trying to peak your dish with an old receiver? Many were incapable of tuning in 8PSK transponders...

I can see where Scott's reasoning is coming from... for the most part HD stations become active about 2 weeks after the uplink. That would be next Wednesday 4/30 or perhaps 5/7, certainly earlier than the June date that DISH"s website lists.
