Moving to a new home (5-years old), just ordered DISH. What should I be asking of my installer, independent installer or of DISH for the following logistics and video needs:
  • 1 HD set in living room (outside wall)
  • SD, soon to be HD in basement right below (outside wall)
  • SD, soon to be HD in upstairs bedroom (inside wall)
  • Coax in all rooms...currently a Charter cable wired home
  • Phone line only in kitch off living room and in bedroom
I've purchased a dual HD/DVR receiver (722) and have 2 old DVR 501s

I'd like to have a decent installation that establishes the current 1HD and 2SD set up but will allow for all to be HD in the next year. I suspect this question has been asked before so please point me in the right direction!
Thanks!!

Since you have an HD rcvr... it needs a dish 1000.2 and that dish has three coax connection ports... so, you should be good to go with the 1000.2
