New error message

just connected my HWS to a Samsung 90qr, and have gotten this message a couple of times...........

"weak input signal"

I can't remember the complete message, but I received it twice over the week end
It was raining when this showed, but I have never seen it before on my tv's

That doesn't sound like a Dish message at all. It sounds more like a TV message.
