New HD Channels on Dish

How can we know when Dish is going to come out with new HD channels? I know they can't say they are coming out on a certain day but how can we find out they are up?

And on a related note, I'll never forget the first time I saw Letterman in HD.
It was horrifying. I paid extra for this???

Voom had playboy HD, when they were an independent provider. I think there was too much detail, i.e. 1060i pimples.
