New HD packages question

So, I am under the old HD package, Voom and everything else for $20 I think. If I do not switch to one of the new packages (Ultimate or Essentials), am I not going to get the new HD channels that will be launched soon/later?

If you had the $20 Dish HD add on, you now have the new HD Ultimate pack, also $20, yes when new HD's are finally added, you will get them.

You will receive them if you also receive the Sd equivalent. If you have AT100 you will NOT get Speed HD or other HD channels that correspond to SD channels in the AT200 or AT 250 packs.
