New LNB from Europe for DirecTV?

A new LNB is available in Europe which is 20Ghz KA band.
Input Frequency Range
19.7 to 20.2 GHz

Output Frequency Range
1500 to 1000 MHz (spectrum inversion)

Low Band LO Frequency
21.20 GHz

Polarization
Dual circular for Ka band (RHCP/LHCP)

LHCP polarization
13V

RHCP polarization
18V

Output Connector
2 x F-Type (Female)

It takes a standard 23 or 40mm round collar. Would this be of any use to people in the US? Could it be used for commercial installations etc?
It may not work due to the locked nature of the boxes, if the L.O. does not match what the box is expecting? It could be useful for aligning dishes.

This might be similar to a Dishnetwork 118° DishPro LNB They do a reverse band stack for DishPro, but then there would not be 13v 18v
