Actually looking around they seem to have more fta in Poland than here (even some fta polish channels here). I for one am glad that they are adding some subscription stuff to dvb, unfortunately from looking at their website it looks like they want you to purchase a receiver to get it (I can't see buying new gear for 1 porno channel). As far as C band goes there used to be a group of 5 (or more) channels that you could get (used to subscribe for awhile) the best one had a bunch of foreign & European adult programs. You can still sub to some on C band, I would like to see more channels (not just adult) that you could buy subscription cards for like in Europe, I somehow doubt that will ever happen though.

I do miss the old days of C band when you could pick and choose what you wanted and didn't have to pay for all the extra junk that you have to with cable or dbs.

While you can still do c band ala carte, with channels changing from analog to digital the amount of ala carte channels is decreasing

I know I was thinking of getting a c band system (4dtv) and I looked at what you could subscribe to and the list seemed so small...and fairly expencive. If I had line of site I would like to get just the movie channels (starz & hbo packs) becouse I think you get a bigger bang for your buck on the movie channels on c band.

I would still grab a c band system, there is lots of interesting stuff FTA on c band. As for the subs, you do save money on the movie packs, but the basic digital package that most providers offer seems to be expensive for what you get.
