Wow a little more than I seen at the movies....thanks.

For Spider-Man 3,Cleveland is New York City

It turns out that alot of the on-location shots for Spider-Man 3 were done in Cleveland rather than the Big Apple,according to this link. http://videoeta.com/news/2263 There is a brief video in that link that has quick interviews from some of the production crew and some footage of the film being shot in Cleveland.I thought that was an interesting bit of info about the movie.

Cleveland probably lured the studio there with some good incentives to film there. Somehow I suspect its hard to tell one eastern city from another from the standpoint of street scenes. :)

THANKS for the link. I look forward to watching it. And Summer 2007 is looking like one I am going to want to spend at the movies. Check out these releases:

* May 4: Spider-Man 3
* May 18: Shrek the Third
* May 25: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
* June 8: Ocean's Thirteen
* June 15: Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer
* June 22: Evan Almighty
* June 29: Live Free or Die Hard, Ratatouille
* July 4: Transformers
* July 13: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
* July 27: The Simpsons Movie
* August 3: The Bourne Ultimatum
* August 10: Rush Hour 3

* May 4: Spider-Man 3
* May 18: Shrek the Third
* May 25: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
might have to see these at the theater ;)

The only one I am not super excited abut is Pirates; I was not impressed with the second one. Shrek and Spidey are must-sees on the big screen, but so is Harry Potter 5.

All of them look interesting.... Gonna be at a LOT of movies this summer, it looks like.... FINALLY, Hollywood is putting out a lot of "compelling content"....

Meanwhile, here's one for 2008 or 2009 that has me interested....

Kate Beckinsale as Barbarella. Not confirmed yet, but it beats Drew Barrymore who was supposed to have the role.... I saw the original as a freshman in high school, and I still have a fond feeling for it.... Pretty pretty..... Extra Credit for the fact that Jane Fonda still can't believe that THAT image of her trapped in the machine will be the one most remember her for.....

Me too, I normally don't go to the theater I just buy the DVD's when released but Spidey and Harry Potter......I'll make a exception. :D
