New Station in DMA (PQI) Question.....

I found this on Wikipedia.....

On June 28, 2006, a construction permit was issued to Western Broadcasting Company, LLC of Austin, Texas for construction of a new commercial television station for Presque Isle, operating in analog on channel 47

I did some googling around the web but was not able to find out who this analog station was to be affiliated with and was wondering if it might be a big four network or even maybe a superstation of some sort (I know...keep dreaming!)

With DNS on the way out anything new in the area would be cool.

I found the listing on the FCC web site and on the NAB web site, but no call letters. Sorry. Don't know what's planned there.
