New subchannel 51.3 in Puerto Rico (Sonrisa TV, kids channel)

If you have not heard the news by now, there is a new kids channel in Puerto Rico, Sonrisa TV, subchannel 51.3, a joint effort with some of the most recognizable faces in kids entertainment on the island. Even though it is not super hi-tech (and obviously they can't compete budget-wise with the big kids networks in the US) I, for one, hope they have success. Transmitting 24/7 (with repeats).

None that I know of. I've been tuning to channel 26 every day, hoping to find a signal, with no luck. At this stage, I don't know if anyone knows when they are coming back.
And I don't think Dish will offer locals in HD before we see them OTA. I hope I am wrong.
