New to Dish, help please

I am seriously considering the switch to Dish from Comcast but I have one problem. I live in the Detroit area and ABSOLUTELY LOVE Hockey Night in Canada on CBC. How can I switch to Dish and still be able to watch HNIC?

Yes, if you subscribe to the NHL Center Ice package. HNIC is on every Saturday.

OTA = rooftop antenna or indoor antenna.

As stated above.

If you can throw up an antenna, can you get CBC from Windsor?
