New Trimax T-100 is it a blind scan receiver?

Does anyone know if the new Trimax T-100 is a blind scan receiver or not?
Its the same company that did the Satwork ST3688 and ST3618.

Later I will bring out a T-200 with blind search. It's in the works now.
