New York server down!! Fox news not coming in!

Ahhhhhh!

I'm trying to watch the Democratic convention on Sky Angel IPTV on Fox News Channel, and I keep getting kicked back to the main menu.

I've tried turning the box off from the back and rebooting.....NO LUCK.

At the time when I really need this channel -- at a time when everyone is watching -- not happening. I am so frustrated.

Maybe there is an overload....

I just got done talking to a rep...and she said OUR NEW YORK SERVER IS DOWN!!!

I told her this was unacceptable. She said all services have their problems. I told her that cable and satellite don't have as many issues. She said there's nothing she can do.

I said "I just politely wanted to let you know that if I was not under contract, I would cancel my service. " She said she would document my account.

On the bright side every main local channel was covering it. I hope you didn't toss out the rabbit ears. It's always good to keep a backup method for viewing no matter what provider you subscribe to. Stuff happens!
