Why would there be a difference between signal strength of 110 vs 119? I have signal strength on 110 of around 100 and on 119 it is around 90. Any reason for concern? Also, just curious and trying to learn more. Thanks in advance for any replies.

No reason to be worried. Different transponders on different satellites will have different strengths. These can also vary by your location in the US.

Like Redwings said, there are spotbeam transponders that will be very strong in your area. Giving signal strength without saying which transponder is useless. You'll need to check TP11 on 119 and 110 because those are conus transponders and can be compared to what others are getting.

I can say I get 125 on 110 which sounds good but it's most likely coming from a spotbeam tp.

90 on 119, how can you get such a good signal? My signal on 119 is only around 75.
