Hi, i work at eagle telephone in richland, oregon.
i'm having trouble w/my 3m dish receiving galaxy 17?
done everything i know to do....

Any Transponder in particular?

well i'm not shur what kind of dish it really is, but i know it's about a 10' dish
and i'm looking for transponder 7, using a SA d9223.
I've replaced the receiver with another d9223 and i've replaced the LNB's on the feed horn.
I've also ran knew coax to both LNB's, i have a spectrum analizer i'm trying to use to dial in the satellite, but i'm not real good with it.

Was this working before, then just stopped?
What info do you have for the TP?

Freq: 3840
Polarity: Horizontal
Scan Rate: 29270

This dish and satellite were working before, and just quit....
It could have been a side affect of when i put lnb power to another set of channels
to which are on amc 10, don't remeber what transponder at the moment...
and i can't verify that the too are in corelation to eaacah other.
I also have the same tp info from lyngsat.com....thats been where i find most of my info
for the satellites i have in service.

Can you test the receiver on another Satellite Dish?
Are you getting any Signal but just can't get it to Lock?
