Newbie questions regarding KoreaSat2 or KoreaSat3

Is anyone here able to get koreasat2 or koreasat3 from california?
Will it be possible with a 36" dish?

Are there even still FTA channels on those satellites?


I assume i should be pointing towards West/NorthWest, can someone please verify?
