Newbies looking for a vendor

Hi all;
We're currently trying to set up a small consortium to share a 256mb up, 1Gb down service, with 1.8m dish, decoder and monthly unlimited download. We are in the middle east, and would ideally like to have our kit delivered via the U.K.

We have been quoted a price of $2100 for the equipment, and $700pcm for service.

Is this a fair price? If not, can anyone please point us in the right direction?
