Newest Post First

In Preferences, Thread display mode, the Newest thread first setting quit working for me. Is anyone else having this issue too?

I was, but then cleared my cache, logged out and back in . all is now well

Thanks for the replies, but still can't get Newest post first to work. Cleared cache, logged out and back in, and rebooted my laptop. This problem started right after the server error issue yesterday.

No luck, I logged out and back in and I have Newest thread first saved but the post are still oldest ones first.

Isn't that a setting in the Setting section of the Profile ?

Sorry, I think thats what you were referring to earlier.

The only location that I know of is in Your Account listings and then Preferences.

Yes, When I first went into it, the location that designates it was empty.
I put in the Newest and hit save and it's working fine, but it was working fine when I started investigating it as well.

Can you change your setting to Oldest post first and see if it changes and then go back to Newest and see if it switches back?

Mine is still showing Newest first ...

Did you try actually Logging Out and then back in to the site ?

OK, thanks for checking. Must be something in my computer. Yes, I logged out several times. I am giving up for tonite and try again tomorrow. Thanks everyone for the help.

FWIW, I'm currently using Chrome.

I tried out Chrome and still no luck. What else can I try out? The Newest post first was working fine for me until we had the server error issue. Must be something in my settings since this is no issue for everyone else. I don't know what else to try out.
