Thought I'd see what you guys and gals thought of my newly built cabnet for my tv and components. It took about 1 week from start to finish. I built the frame out of spruce 2x4s and applied 1/4" oak plywood to the frame. Added some fancy trim, doors and stained. Only cost about 200.00 - (plus my labor), but as my wife says thats always free. I didn't use glass doors on the bottom section because I'm using a uhf universal remote.

What an excellent job!! Looks like you got it to match your other piece that is next to it perfectly. I have a 42" MITS and love it. I put mine on a piece that we purchased from local Oak Express store. TV sits on top and components behind glass doors. Congrats on making such a fine piece for yours!
