Lyngsat says that AMC-14 will launch on March 14th from Kazakhstan, and will replace E3 at 61.5.

So that's one's already down the tubes, unless you look @ 61.5

E11 is supposed to launch after D11. D11 has a launch date of early March so expect late April or early May for E11. Ciel-2 is supposed to launch in late 2008 and go to 129.

Launch dates are really pretty much out of Dish's control. With the blowups last year sat launches got way behind. Dish had 2 satellites ready last year (AMC-14 and E11) and will have Ciel-2 soon. They just have to wait on the rockets.
