Man,the injuries just keep piling up.Nate Burleson as mentioned earlier,I also heard that Anthony Spencer is consulting with physicians,to determine if he needs season ending knee surgery. If he does, the NFC east may be won with a 7-9 record this year.

whiners back in the day ny to chicago by train was over twice the time.
always say if the Babe had a plane he would have hit 1,000 HR's

Nah, it would just give him more time to drink and beat up on women.

As far as playing in London goes, the biggest inconvenience will be the plane ride. 7pm London time is still 1pm EST. Just fly over on Saturday, rest up & then play at 7p(1p EST) & then fly home.

Easy to do if you don't have to make the trip ...
The trip is the only obstacle. Jet lag wouldn't be much of an issue because there would be no time for the game,it'll still be 1pm EST. I think the flight is 6-7 hours. The biggest fear would be developing blood clots in your legs for not moving so long(which IS a big deal,by the way).

Playing the game after the long flight could very much be an issue.
Every time a team comes back, they struggle for several weeks.

When I first saw this article,my initial reaction was,"Ryan, who's Ryan? I should know this." I then found out it was the Atlanta Falcons' Matt Ryan, which is embarrassing for me since I live in the Augusta,GA/CSRA metro area.

Where do Brady & Ryan rank among top QBs in NFL?

Lions Stafford just ran a sneak, tried to put the ball over the goal line, fumbled and then caught the ball for a TD !

Is this considered a Forward Pass completed to himself ?

Probably just a recovered fumble, but I have never seen a fwd pass completed to yourself for a TD before. :)

Lions taking it to da Bears, 30-10 with a few minutes left in the first half.
They have scored 23 unanswered points.
I'm actually surprised. Jay cutler keeps throwing INTs, Bears offense can't run anywhere, and Reggie Bush is exploding.
