Upgrade to the top 200 and get the channel. At the end of the season downgrade your programming. If you had TWC you would have no option of getting the channel period.
 
I think the news is in HD on 43. And they had that "Magic's Secrets Revealed" thing earlier in the week in HD. So maybe. I hardly watch the channel anymore.
