The weird thing is that Cincinnati can be eliminated from the Wild Card with a Denver win, but they still have a shot at the division if they keep winning. They lose any and they are done.

With the Steelers win over Baltimore today, they have clinched a Playoff spot, now with a win next week they go from a 5 or 6th spot to a top 3 spot. :clapping

They entered Week 16 as the 3 seed, and with today's win they clinched the AFC North. A win or a Houston loss next week locks the Steelers into the 3 seed. If the Steelers lose and the Texans win, the Steelers will fall to the 4 seed. Either way, they will host a home game on Wild Card weekend.

Thanks for the explanation !

IF they do lose to the Browns, they don't deserve to get in.
There is a way the still deserve to get in ....
Theres a possibility that the Steelers don't play most of thier starters.

Can the Browns Starters beat the Steelers Back Ups ?

I look for Ben and Bell and Brown to play very little if at all.

So from what I gather, the Redskins are in with a win? Correct?

Not quite. That tie in London hurt them. Believe it or not they get in if either Detroit or GB wins their game but not if they tie.

Forgot about the tie. As long as they don't tie and the Redskins win, they are in.

Exactly, but it is a very strange scenario. I may be wrong, but I don't ever remember a Week 17 scenario where a team's postseason fate isn't either: A) win and in, B) win and hope another team(s) loses or C) hope another team(s) loses. The Redskins need a win and hope another game ends with a winner (which obviously an overwhelming majority does).
