NFLST issue today 9/14/14

I don't have Sunday ticket available on my receivers and cannot get through to D* on the phone at customer service. Anyone else having this issue?

Worked for me all day even though I'm hours late.. sadly listened to the falcons lose while working all day

I was able to get through to retention and my offer was never applied to my account. They took care of it and additional $5 off for 12 months on top of the other original offer discounts.
